the concert

A couple of weeks ago I went to my first ever concert. It was awesome!

Did I mention Francesca Battisteli sang too? Yeah, in my excitement I forgot about her. =P

She had a really loud, clear voice that was amazing. She sounded almost better live. Haha, it was funny when she sang "Free to Be Me" and she came to the lines "I gotta couple dents in my fender, got a couple rips in my jeans" because she had a long skirt on and I'm sure her car doesn't have dents in it. At least not anymore.

Then Tenth Avenue North took the stage. Okay, these guys are pretty crazy. But ya know, in a good way.

Mike, the lead singer, went into the crowd and started preaching. It was really cool! I'm sure there were lots of people who weren't Christians there because it was free and at a fair.

If you want to watch some videos of the concert I'd post them below. Sorry they're not really clear, it sounded wayyy better live, but since my camera isn't anything special, the sound isn't great.

{it was longer than this but I didn't capture the whole time he talked for, to save battery}
