Beauty Within {a guest post by Anna Gray}

   So many times we take the most inanimate, overlooked things for granted. It is so easy to get caught up in the busyness of the world and our schedules that we simply sweep over the small yet beautiful things in the every day life.

But if you take just a moment to search about, you will notice how magnificent and detailed the unnoticed objects are...

...Like fresh morning dew resting on vibrant flowers...

...or the vintage and ancient marks on a delicate spoon...

...snow white flowers begging an insect to gather its pollen...

...perfectly placed seeds in the many small divots of juicy, red strawberries...

It truly amazes me how God can create something so small and it have such a charming, blissful, detailed, beautiful design.

Yours, O LORD, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendor, for everything in heaven and earth is yours. Yours, O LORD, is the kingdom; you are exalted as head over all. 1 Chronicles 29:11

Why hello there! My name is Anna Gray Smith, but you can call me Anna, AG, or whatever you'd like. I am a Christian and Jesus is what keeps me on my feet! Loud, talkative, sarcastic - yep, that's me alright. I think that the word "Lovely" is awesome and I italicize one too many words. "Big girls need big diamonds" is my favorite quote by Elizabeth Taylor and I have this fetish for celebrities from the 20th century. Other loves of mine include: iced coffee, acting, music, photography, musical theatre, laughing, sewing, and the lovely state of California. I am tickled pink to have you here. Welcome to my life!
