Hello all!

I am so sorry I didn't post the pictures of us fishing the other day!  The computer wouldn't upload the pictures! I'm going to try again later today, but for now here's our absolute FAVORITE recipe: granola  Here it is.
4 cups rolled oats
1 and a half cup brown sugar (If you want a desert, use the same amount of sweetness. If it’s for a snack or breakfast, I use less. It’s WAY to sweet to do it the way they say!)
1 and a half teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups of all-purpose flour (If you use whole wheat flour, it doesn’t turn out as good.)
1 cup of chocolate chips (sometimes I use less or none at all.)
1 fourth of a cup sesame seeds (optional)
1 cup chopped Almonds
You can add anything else that sounds good, too. (Like: Walnuts, cranberries, sunflower seeds, M&M’s, ect.)
1 and a half teaspoon of salt
1 cup of honey (You can add less for this, too.)
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup of vegetable oil (Again, you can add less.)
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Generously grease a very large sheer cake or baking pan.In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients first, then make a well in the center, and pour in the honey, egg, oil, and vanilla. Mix well using your hands. Pat the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. It will be sticky, so use a little butter or oil on your hands. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. until granola begins to turn golden at the edges. Cool and enjoy.
Our family usually eats this in two days. We LOVE it. (-: Let me know if you try and I'm going to go work on those stubborn pictures!
